How long are sessions?
The first session can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes. This is to help gather information and history to explore what direction aligns with your needs and goals. Therapy sessions are usually 40-55 minutes. Exceptions include sessions that target trauma processing, including, but not limited to BLS, EMDR, ART and somatic work. These sessions can last anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
What are the rates for Private Pay?
Intake Session: $250
Therapy Session: $170
What questions should I ask my insurance?
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
Does my plan cover individual psychotherapy sessions?
Are telehealth (virtual) therapy sessions covered under my plan?

What type of services do you offer?
We offer a range of therapeutic services, including neuroscience-based approaches, nutritional psychology, sports psychology, and spiritual counseling. Our approach supports individuals navigating neurodiversity, chronic health conditions, perfectionism, people pleasing, burnout, trauma, and chronic stress, with a focus on fostering resilience, recovery, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. Contact us today to explore reduced Private Pay options.
Do you offer Spanish-speaking services?
Yes! However, documentation and claim submission is completed in English. You are welcome to request a Spanish version for your own records.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! Consultations are 10-15 minutes and offered by phone or video.
Do you provide online or in-person sessions?
At this time, services are available online. This means that sessions would be virtual which is the same as telehealth services. Most insurance companies continue to support virtual sessions. You are always welcome to check with your insurer.
